Elderberry

ELDERBERRY is an impressive crystalline salt that has a bit of sourness, combined with incredible spices and a delicate aroma of ripe elderberry. Use it as a universal seasoning instead of the regular "white" salt for your favorite dishes, for salting and making marinades.

We prepare a saturated elderberry brine with a portion of lemon juice and mix it with crystalline sea salt. By using natural drying, we obtain a unique product with an unusual taste and aroma.

Ingredients: 84% sea salt infused with elderberries, fresh lemon juice in a variable proportion.
